In 2009 BVS invested in a sorting machine combining optical and induction systems.
This induction system allows to control if the part has been heat treated. The multi frequency inductor is located above a tray which works step by step; each part being placed under the inductor and then introduced to be sorted individually.
This system allows as well controlling the presence of the plating.
