Our control procedures:

• Reception: all products inwards are checked against our specifications.
• Manufacture: our operatives monitor themselves according to instructions. At the final control, the Manufacturing Control department checks the batch. All tests are recorded.
• Dispatch: Our sorting and packing machines allow us to ensure a high degree of quality.

Our test equipment:

• Tensile testing machine
• Profile reader
• Hardness testing machine
• Various measuring devices: micrometers, slide gauges, gauging rings

Our metallurgy laboratory tests the solutions proposed by our design department.

Standards and certification:

• BVS is certified ISO 9001 v. 2000 (design and manufacture).
• With our programme of ongoing quality improvement we hope to obtain ISO TS 16 949 certification in early 2009
